During the mid nineteen ninety's (1995) Andy fell into house music on a student holiday at the adolescent age of 15.
Heavily influenced by the sound and producers such as M&S,
Grant Nelson & S.Firmin,
Karl ‘tuff enuff’ Brown & Matt ‘jam’ Lamont (Tuff Jam),
Jazz ’n’ Groove(Soulfuric), Roy Grant, Mousse T, Jeremy Sylvester,
Joey Musaphia and Danny Ramplings radio 1 show.
1998 saw him break into the world of DJing.
Since then Andy has established him self in clubs such as
"Delirious", "Voluptuous", "Funk 4 the Future" and "Funkuzunda"
where he previously held residencies.
He has also made guest appearances at various clubs around the country along side some of the most respected DJs in the industry.
DJ Angel, Norman Jay, Farley Jack Master Funk & DJ Spen
to name a few.
Andy’s diverse house music selection along with his energetic, creative mixing style has already begun to grab the attention of
club promoters and industry heads alike.
GARY OWEN - HEAD OF DJ MANGEMENT - TopJox March 2004
"Andy Holder is without doubt one of the hottest mixers I've heard in years he's professional, flexible and hard working. Highly recommended."
STEVE KELLEY - DJ/BPM RADIO MANAGEMENT - December 2002
Andy has played for us since 2001
and has always been a pleasure to book.
He has great Enthusiasm in what he does and takes great pride in putting on a show for the listeners. Very talented and very recommended.
BILLY - BLEND PROMOTER - September 2002
I have found Andy to be a true professional in every sense.
He is always punctual and will listen
to the clubs requests where possible.
His technical abilities both as a DJ and a music
producer are outstanding, i feel that it is just a matter of
time before Andy will be a force
to be reckoned with within this industry.
He has made guest appearances at Blend
where he has played along side DJs such as DJ Spen (basement boys) and Farley Jack Master Funk.
